Description

The "TWOBE" project aims to innovate production processes and organizational structure by developing innovative solutions for radical improvement in H.E.P.'s performance. The introduction of innovative production and management technologies will be supported by Lean-oriented & Technology-driven techniques to achieve high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Objective

Automation, management, and control of critical processing phases to improve the current capability of certain production phases;

Development of usable solutions for the introduction of a Servo-controlled robot applicable in multiple positions;

Introduction of automatic packaging systems;

Adoption of production/organizational and quality solutions to reduce waste and inefficiencies through dynamic, modular, and scalable processes.

Results

The project results define technological advancement in H.E.P.'s processes/products and the qualification of internal human resources. This will increase competitiveness through state-of-the-art technological standards, allowing the development of advanced products and services for growth in both the national and international markets.

Description

The "HEPICO_2" project aims to industrialize the results obtained by the company through the innovation project "HEPICO - Automation, Productivity, and Sustainable Innovation." It involves implementing a series of productive investments to transfer the research and development outcomes into the production/industrial domain.
